Mindful yoga with Eva

Eva has studied yoga for over 16 years and has completed training in several different forms of yoga including Vajrasati and Yoga Gita. Eva combines traditional yoga with a strong emphasis on awareness and mindfulness.  Suitable for all levels, her classes are gentle but deep and focus on rebalancing and harmonising BODY, BREATH and MIND
