Lisa has been practicing yoga for over twenty years, trained with the Vajrasati school. Further studies include Yoga Nidra with international teacher Kaya Mindlin. For those with an established meditation practice This class is for you if you already have some meditation experience. We practise together in silence. The hour is usually split into two meditations separated by a short break. Each meditation is preceded by a reading or a poem but no teaching is involved once the practice begins.
