Drop-in meditation class (experienced)

For those with an established meditation practice

This class is for you if you already have some meditation experience. We practise together in silence. The hour is usually split into two meditations separated by a short break. Each meditation is preceded by a reading or a poem but no teaching is involved once the practice begins. The atmosphere is relaxed. You are very welcome to join us!
