Every Tuesday at 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm (Doors open 7:15 pm)
In this class we practice the mindfulness of breathing, the metta bhavana and just sitting meditations, with instruction for newcomers. We share our experience with one another, and there is space to ask questions. Each week we explore a dharma topic oriented towards awakening, which flavours the selected practice(s). You can expect to meditate for around 80 minutes in total.
