This is an open class with fully led practices. We start with an introduction to the mindfulness of breathing and a guided 30 minute practice. Then we do a 20 minute walking meditation. There is a short practical Dharma talk or mantra which leads us into the Metta Bhavana Practice. The session concludes with transference of merit. The practices flow into one another and the whole session offers an opportunity to unwind and be receptive to whatever is present.
