Lisa has been practicing yoga for over twenty years, trained with the Vajrasati school. Further studies include Yoga Nidra with international teacher Kaya Mindlin. Lisa has taught at various studios in and around Brighton and has run chair yoga classes over the past four years, for those with less mobility. Her classes deeply focus on the breath as a way to restore balance to the mind and body, encouraging play with movement and stillness to bring a feeling a vibrant awakeness through the whole system.
