Embodiment, Yoga & Meditation

23 November from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Movement, mindfulness and coaching through yoga

Explore how yoga postures, movement, meditation and insightful inquiries can create powerful qualities to transform your life.

Embodied Yoga Principles (AKA Embodied Toolkit) sessions are social and connecting and psychologically deep, it’s yoga for all of your life.

They emphasise psychological self-awareness and transfer of skills to daily-life. It is mindfulness-based and emphasises discovering more about ourselves and improving our lives– rather than athleticism – and incorporates elements of life coaching, body therapy, meditation, dance and martial arts. Postures, group exercises and communication are used to explore and develop the body as a way of being, integral to how we live.

Explore self care and boundaries with others, how to say YES or NO and mean it, explore enthusiasm, passion and purpose in a joyful way.

These sessions are also deeply influenced by Vidyadasa’s Buddhist and Yoga practice of 30 years.

This session will include a couple of short meditations.

Vidyadasa is an embodiment and transformation life coach, yoga and meditation teacher and ordained Buddhist.

Here’s what previous participants have said:
