Embodied Yoga Principles (AKA Embodied Toolkit) Sessions are social, connecting and psychologically deep, it’s yoga for all of your life. These sessions can be taken individually or together. They emphasise psychological self-awareness and the transfer of skills to daily-life. Mindfulness-based with a focus on discovering more about ourselves and improving our lives– rather than athleticism – these two sessions incorporate elements of life coaching, body therapy, meditation, dance and martial arts. Postures, group exercises and communication are used to explore and develop the body as a way of being, that is integral to how we live.
