For those with an established meditation practice This class is for you if you already have some meditation experience. We practise together in silence. The hour is usually split into two meditations separated by a short break. Each meditation is preceded by a reading or a poem but no teaching is involved once the practice [โฆ]
Pablo has been teaching Yoga since 2009. He recently completed a 2 year, 500+ hours (YAUK) teacher training with the Vajrasati school.
Eva has studied yoga for over 16 years and has completed training in several different forms of yoga including Vajrasati and Yoga Gita. Eva combines traditional yoga with a strong emphasis on awareness and mindfulness.
