Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

MBCT for Depression, Stress and Anxiety is a 9 week Mindfulness course adapted for people working with difficult life circumstances.

This course works with the mechanisms underlying these mind states, so that they can be caught earlier, while we have more choice over how to respond to them, and prevent them from escalating.

Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living Courses (MBCL)

MBCL is a mindfulness-based programme in the form of an 8-week course that supports the development and training of compassion and mindfulness to enhance mental and physical health. MBCL supports individuals to cultivate a friendly and compassionate attitude toward themselves and others. MBCL exercises help individuals to experience key aspects of emotional wellbeing including warmth, security, acceptance and connectedness with oneself and others.

Mindfulness Based Wise Awareness Courses (MBWA)

This is a new secular mindfulness-based course focusing on the qualities and cultivation of wise awareness.
Trainers Akasati Annie and Karuna Hridaya (Dr Carolyn Drake) have drawn on their many years of mindfulness practice and teaching, as well as Karuna's background in neuroscience in developing this exciting new course meditation practice.
