 Sangha Evenings on Wednesdays

Last Wednesday 18th December – was our final Sangha evening of the year.
Look out for an announcement about changes to Sangha evening in 2025!

 

Sangha evenings are for people who have attended introductory courses, are familiar with Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations and for regulars.

Doors open at 6pm. By Donation

You are warmly invited to to arrive and catch up with each other, have a cup of tea and, if needs be, bring a bite to eat with you.
Top shrine room 6.30pm
Ritual, talks, discussions, reflections and meditations
Evening concludes at 8.30pm.
