Meditation Drop-in Classes

We explore two main meditation practices – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana as well as Just Sitting and Going Deeper at the Brighton Buddhist Centre.

We offer regular drop-in meditation classes. All drop-ins are in-person.

No need to book, but please arrive on time - doors open 15 minutes beforehand and we need to close them again promptly 5 minutes after the start time.
