“Shrine keeping is a spiritual practice. For a traditional Buddhist, caring for the shrine means caring for the supreme ‘objects’ of Buddhist worship: The Three Jewels (the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha).”  Padmavajra

An exploration of the ritual elements of shrine keeping. With meditation, discussion and ritual. The day will end with puja.

You may wish to have the three traditional offerings of a flower, candle and incense to hand for your own shrine.

We hope to be able to offer this event in its original in-person format at a later date.
