Mindfulness-based Wise Awareness Online Course

Tuesday 3 October 2023 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Course length: 10 weeks including orientation and retreat session

Open to people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or have an established mindfulness meditation practice.

Training in wisdom improves our capacity for a broader perspective, helping us to navigate life’s challenges.​The benefits can be found in better understanding our views and emotional responses to events. We are able to self-reflect and make decisions with clarity, and be more fully equipped to manage change and uncertainty.
