Ocean’s teaching style is centred, gentle, humorous and very respectful. Classes are based around body-work (asana), and sometimes include chanting (mantra), breath-awareness (pranayama) and meditation. Each person’s anatomy and life’s journey is wonderfully unique – and there are countless subtleties which can vary from day to day and moment to moment. In Vajrasati Yoga we journey to trusting our own being’s wisdom in each moment to show us how to open up to greater freedom, integration and peace.
