These weekly evenings are a precious opportunity to deepen our journey into the Dharma (the Teachings of the Buddha) with a programme of Dharma Talks, Puja and Meditation. Dharma Night will also allow people to explore living a Dharma Life – a life lived fully, vividly and with greater meaning and purpose.
Dharma talks will be the central focus of Dharma Night and will be especially relevant to how we can deepen our lives as practitioners of the Dharma and begin to transform ourselves and the world around us.
Whether we are relative newcomers or those with a bit more experience, this weeky class is suitable for all who can practice the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana. This class is especially suitable for anyone who has just completed an ‘Introduction to Meditation and Buddhism’ course at the Brighton Buddhist Centre.
