The Art of Meditation in a Busy World

Begins on Tuesday 8 June from 7 pm until 9 pm – in person. (4 Tuesday evenings)

This 4 week course is aimed at those new to meditation as well as those seeking to revitalise their practice.

Can we develop an authentic meditation practice even in a world that seems to make ever more demands on our time and energy?

During this course we will explore how we can integrate traditional Buddhist practice into our contemporary lifestyle in a way that simply leads to a happier and healthier mind.
