We are excited at the prospect of the centre slowly waking up after its long sleep!
The team have worked hard to create a secure environment to allow our re-opening. Safety has been our main priority and we have taken advice from both the Government Guidelines and our own central Triratna resources on, ‘Covid and Re-opening Centres’.

All events at the centre must be pre-booked so that the team knows the exact numbers of people occupying the spaces.

For now each room in the centre has a ‘maximum capacity’, which will limit the number of people that can share a space safely. As well as this the building has a ‘total capacity.’ This is to avoid groups of people from different rooms congregating in ‘common’ areas and creating bottlenecks.
Common sense has been our guiding principle – so we ask that when you are using any space in the centre you keep windows and doors open as appropriate to keep ventilation to a maximum. You use the hand sanitizers, which are available in every room. You wear a mask when moving around the building. You don’t bring food to eat in the centre. You leave the centre after your class or group is finished.
We want to give our most vulnerable Sangha members the confidence to relax in a safe space and so we hope you understand the reasons for such measures.

Pre booked yoga classes are starting at the centre. For more information and to book click here.

A new in-person meditation course is scheduled to start on Tuesday 8 June.  For more information and to book click here

Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living in-person Course begins on Thursday 10 June.  For more information and to book click here.

Our new ‘New Friends Night’ will be starting from the centre on Wednesday 16th June. Watch this space for more information about this regular event.
The situation and guidelines are changing all of the time so we will introduce ‘in person’ events carefully whilst continuing to offer as many online events as resources allow.
