We teach two meditation practices – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana at the Brighton Buddhist Centre. Both of these practices are the opening steps to exploring meditation –what it is and what it is for.
These sessions are held through zoom. Guided meditation through zoom is a great way to improve your practice whilst the centre is closed.
