‘Learn to meditate’ – Introductory Course Part 1

This course offers a practical introduction to the main forms of meditation practiced within the Triratna Buddhist Community and explains some of the concepts from Buddhism that underlie the practice.

‘Buddhism’ – Introductory Course Part 2

The continuation course looks more deeply at the meditation practices introduced in Part 1, exploring the relationship between everyday life and meditation. We will look at some of the key principles of Buddhism and how these can help us live an ethically sustainable lifestyle supportive of an effective meditation practice. This course usually continues on from the first but can be taken at a later date if wished.
