Maitrivajra and Vidyadhara warmly invite you to come along to a new drop-in meditation class.Suitable for all levels of experience.
Instruction will be given on how to initiate, sustain and deepen your practice of mindfulness of breathing, metta bhavana, just sitting and walking meditation.
Taught from a Buddhist perspective by two of our teachers.
