Full Moon Day Celebrating Vajrasattva

Led by Jnanottara

After starting with an introduction on Vajrasattva and meditation, we will explore the Vajrasattva mantra together, it’s meaning and how we chant it in the Triratna Buddhist Community.

After a tea break, we will meditate again and then look at a seven staged  Puja to Vajrasattva that was written by an Member of the Triratna Order. It is a simple Puja but one that has profound meaning.

The afternoon will conclude with us performing this Puja which will include chanting the Vajrasattva mantra a number of times.

The event will begin at 1pm but do come earlier from 12.15 if you want to bring some lunch, a sandwich, or heat something in the microwave.

We will go to the main shrine on the top floor at 1pm.

There will be shared food at 6pm (baked potatoes will be provided) followed by a meditation and Puja at 7.30 celebrating the April Pink Full Moon in celebration of Vajrasattva.

Come for either the afternoon, evening or both.
